The 10th FAST Sprint Meeting brought together doctoral researchers, supervisors, and industry representatives for two productive days in Lahti. The event sparked lively discussions on the opportunities and challenges of doctoral research, academic careers, industry collaboration, and the road toward completing a PhD. The meeting provided an opportunity to learn from each other, strengthen connections across our community, and plan the next steps in the research journeys. Thank you to everyone who helped make the event so great!
