We are happy to announce the public defence of the FAST doctoral thesis! MSc (Tech) Asif Khan, from LUT University will defend his thesis, “Operationalizing Green Coding in Software Development: From Empirical Evidence to Workflow-Integrated Energy Feedback”, on Monday, 2 November 2026 at 12:00 in Auditorium 2, Lahti Campus, Lahti.
Professor Verena Majuntke of Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft, Berlin, Germany, and Professor Coral Valero Muñoz of the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Spain, will act as opponents. Adjunct Professor Shola Oyedeji of LUT University will act as custos.
